Lady health club to work in jeddah that specialized in the following:

     Fitness and aerobics

     Sport and gym

     Massage program

     SPA program

     Food and nutritious program

     Rehabilitation

Prepare and run GYM/fitness programs and lesson

Maintain fitness records for members

Socialize with members and prepare social activities

Knowledge in massage programs THAI-SWEDISH-CHINESE

Confer with clients about their medical histories and problems with stress or paint to determine how massage will be most helpful.

Assess clients soft tissue condition joint quality and function, muscle strength and range of motion.

Develop and propose client treatment plans that specify which types of massage are to be used.

Use complimentary aids, such as infrared lamps,wet compresses ice and whirlpool baths to promote clients recovery, relaxation and well being.
