The Red Sox will try to regain their bid and even the series against the Angels in the game 2 tonight, October 9 at 9:37 PM. In game 1, the Red Sox loss very badly with a score of 5-0 in Thursday night’s American League Division Series. John Lackey and Torii Hunter played true to form in to frustrate Jon Lester snd the rest of the Red Sox.

“The big dog came through. John came up with what we needed and then some. That’s Lackey. The way we played today, getting some runs, I’m pretty sure he appreciated that.” Hunter said of Lackey

For Lackey, though the confidence level is soaring, he still said that it’s just one game. “I’m here to win, man. I want the ring. I don’t care where the win comes or who gets it. We’ve played some tough games with these guys, and we got one. But you can’t get ahead of yourselves. It’s one game.”
