JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide high quality service to block of clients responding effectively to questions, issues and problems
• Resolve or negotiate “win-win” solutions to client issues or by consulting with appropriate resources
• Contribute to the work systems improvement of

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be graduates of any 4-year course;preferably business related.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Must be analytical and people-oriented.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be keen to details.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedule in Quezon City area.
• Call Center experience is an asset.
