Call Center Associate- INBOUND

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process inbound calls to effectively meet customer needs within established productivity goals and turnaround times

• Follow established guidelines in providing customers accurate information using various system tools.

• Meet the service, quality and quantity standards set by Management

• Update client information on the system as required

• Escalate issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met when standard procedures are inadequate in meeting specific needs

• Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy, responsiveness and creativity to ensure customer satisfaction

• Network throughout the organization to engage supporting units in delivering solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be  2-yr vocational course graduate or at least 2 years in college.

- 300 full time positions available

- Must be attentive to details and meticulous about quality

- Must have exceptional customer service skills.

- Must be analytical and people oriented.

- Must have excellent English communication skills.

- Must have the ability to withstand call center pressure

- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule in Makati area.

- Call center experience is an advantage, but not required.
