Former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada declared today that he will be running for the top post once more in 2010 Elections. According to Estrada, despite of the accusations thrown on him, he believe that Filipino masses are still on his side. Also, Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay will be his Vice-Presidential running mate.
