Medical Representative

Our client is a household name in the global pharmaceutical industry. They have over 100,000 employees worldwide, with the Philippines as their lead country here in South East Asia. They are currently experiencing growth due to the new products they are launching, thus they are URGENTLY  looking for new MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES to join their team.

Responsibilities:

•  Ensure that sales targets are achieved through effective and efficient promotion of ethical products to physicians of target specialties.
  • Provide product presentations and detailed information to customers about products being promoted.
  • Monitor prescription from physicians to maintain growth and market share over competitors.
  •  Coordinate with Key Accounts on product availability and key programs
  • Tap new potential for territorial business development
•  Ensure achievement of QTQ parameters through:
  • Optimization of allocated resources
  • Calling on the right doctors at the right frequency according to plan
  •  Implementation of territorial / marketing programs and ensuring IOR (Impact On Resources)
  • Partnering with the customers by providing value added services
• Ensure knowledge expertise on the following major areas:
  • Compound (product expertise)
  • Competitors (who are they and what are they doing)
  • Customers (what do they need)
  • Consumers (what patient type)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Preferably an experienced Med Rep from a top pharmaceutical company. At least 3 years of rep experience with outstanding results.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Able to have adequate understanding of oral and written English; Knowledge and ability to use MS Office an advantage; Ability to drive a car and possession of a valid driver’s license a necessity.
