Area of Residence: Bulacan, Nothern Manila area; as long as the candidate is willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Job Description:

• Directs the day to day leadership and supervision to team members to be able to meet targets on time with less rework and consistency, thru the ability to apply the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques, planning, and monitoring, required for the execution of project activities
• Strictly monitor production process to maximize efficiency level with less wastage thru optimization of raw materials and the use of cheaper alternative quality material and recycling of reusable materials from scrap to help generate savings
• Supervise and check quality of material and craftsmanship during production and to ensure correctness of mounting and onsite installation by constant communication and give clear instruction to all men in the field to avoid rework
• Continuous research and product development to be more competitive in the market by introducing quality alternative material, techniques and processes without sacrificing the quality of the product
• Develop and research new technology and application to expand production capability by putting up In-House Neon lighting laboratory for to help generate savings for the company
• Determines production efficiency level and correctness of every product BOM vs. Actual by closely monitoring every line of production process regularly. Gather all data, i.e., man hours, actual material used and withdrawn, and come up with the comparison to previous project made, and make adjustment to the product when necessary
• Determines actual site condition, and understand the requirements of the project by (i.e.) performing a boom test to check the visibility of Store Signages in all directions. Analyzes the application, to be able to give installers the most practicable way of installation or mounting system on site
• Prepare cost estimate based on the plan and to the personal assessment made during site inspection and verification with the client or Project Superindent therein or to the designer to check for unforeseen details on the drawing to be able to formulate precise project budget
• Determine project pipe line and make projection of production capability, manpower, equipment, materials and other related processes necessary to be able to carry out all projects simultaneously thru advance planning and strategies
• Conduct test and inspection of the products, services, and other processes and evaluate quality of performance of every member of the team within the production and to project site
• Directly give instruction to the production and site supervisor assigned therein as to how the correct and most practicable way to install stores signages based on plan, personal judgment and recommendation to the best and most prominent location possible
• Prepare production working drawing to all fabricator to easily disseminate instructions on how to carry out every project and to give clear over view on the final result of the product
• Attend to inter Department and site coordination meetings, and participate actively, and sensibly to be able to adjust actions in relation to others action and generate general consensus and ideas for a common goal. Report project and production updates and to date accomplishment of the department WIG’s, KPI, and other breakthrough that has been made by the Department
• Conduct periodic coordination within the Signage Group, and request report from every member of the team as to the status of the projects, and production due dates. Resolves issues there may be in an instant thru prudent ideas. Gives advice and comprehensive orientation to crew members to resolve problems arises within the department, within the production or  during project site installation
• Persistent in doing research and development to improve production processes and craftsmanship and capability by introducing new product line to help expand production capability in line with the growing needs on the Company and all affiliates
• Be able to provide team members the ability respond, knowledge to determine problems and provide administrative resources and be able to resolve issues concerning projects, production, and people within the team
• Collate all employees’ record, i.e. punctuality, tardiness, disciplinary actions being served to the employee evaluate commitment and competency and dedication to the company and formulate performance appraisal based on records and submit recommendation for possible merit or advancement of the employee
• Strictly monitor production work load by monitoring daily production accomplishment of all members of the team and evaluate efficiency level. Whenever there may be problems formulate production strategies and adjustment possible to carry out daily production load, not to miss every single task that has to be accomplished and reported
