PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (PASIG)

It takes work to look this good! We love coming up with packaging worthy of our

revolutionary formulations, as well as surprising, smile-inducing gifts and
accessories.
This juggling-multiple-balls-in-the-air position combines research,
sourcing, development, as well as some design and buying for all merchandise, as
well as serving as the primary liaison between our Purchasing-Sourcing and
Marketing-Creatives Departments. Products designed include gifts and accessories,
with participation in visual merchandizing development and rollout.

SKILLS:

Excellent organizational skills: must be willing to juggle MANY projects at thesame time, each with multiple moving parts.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Strong ability to learn on one’s own.
Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a hard-hitting, very fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
Excellent language skills (written and verbal) in English and Filipino.
Confident: able to seek out, cold-call, interact with and negotiate with several internal stakeholders of various seniority as well as local and international suppliers
Exquisite taste; an ability to gauge appropriate designs for different brand needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable college.
Experience in any corporate position requiring lots of organization in a veryfast-paced environment, a plus.
