PRODUCT MANAGER

HansaWorld, an International ERP and CRM business software vendor, is seeking to employ a Product Manager for our office in Philippines

Purpose and Scope
The Product Manager is responsible for making sure our ERP&CRM products are ready for distribution in the local market, following the established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- translating our ERP&CRM software;
- ensuring that the software complies with local legislation and business practices;
- writing specifications for necessary modifications;
- conducting quality assurance (testing) according to established routines;
- maintaining downloadable software versions on the web site;
- providing support, training and consulting services to local customers and partners;
- managing strategic projects and communicating with test customers;
- being the main point of contact for all product-related issues between sales partners, the office and the HQ Development Department;
- improving colleagues‘ product knowledge;
- following the policies and procedures established by the HQ.

Organization Relationships
The Product Manager reports directly to Country Manager and to HQ International Product Manager

Requirements
- A degree, preferably in a field that offers an opportunity to gain a well-rounded background in business and economics
- Deep understanding of the ERP&CRM software concept
- Good experience with IT
- A few years experience with accounting, business, programming is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers, partners and colleagues internationally
- The candidate should enjoy travelling and must be willing to spend a minimum of one week in every five working abroad
- Fluent in Tagalog;
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Can speak other Asian laguages
