Yrs. Of Experience:  Five years managerial experience in business development preferably gained in Quick Service Restaurant industry

Age: 30 to 45 years old

Special Requirements: Willing to work extended hours, willing to travel occasionally
Preferrably someone from 7-11 BDD or someone knowledgeable in site selection and has a good network in real estate

Course: BS Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Management and related courses

Area of Residence: Preferably Metro Manila

Job Description:

1.       Willing to work extended hours, willing to travel occasionally

2.       Preferably someone from 7-11 BDD or someone knowledgeable in site selection and has a good network in real estate

3.       Prioritized pipeline of trade area and search zones within trade area based on reviews of updated analyses of retail trade zone (RTZ) survey results, competitor information, socio-economic data, learning from existing stores (top-to-tails analyses, new units tracking system or NUTS) and latest MDSP

4.       Designs site selection criteria tools. Directs continuing research on specific issues related to  site selection – e.g.  search zones and hot spots,  land development projects, commercial space rent rates, top-to-tails data trends, competitor network & sales, customer behavior & preferences
