Repair and Maintenance Manager

5 years managerial level in the field of equipment maintenance/servicing

30 to 45 years old

Must have experience in handling a large group of staff; Experience in maintenance of multi located sites

BS Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Must be licensed

Job Description:

Reports to Engineering Director

1.  Lead the department in its day to day operation

- Lay out strategies & directions

- Monitor each section / staff performance to maximize capacity & determine each individual strength & weaknesses

- Set and implement KPI’s

-  Provide resources

- Motivate & guide people towards attainment of goal

2.  Familiarize self with store / plant utilities & equipment usage, work flow to identity room possible improvement

- Prepare project study & project implementation

3.  Review and approved quotations and dispatch

4.  Control and monitor maintenance expenses and find ways to reduce cost

5.  Initiate energy saving initiatives

6.  Review and approve project proposals

7.  Review and approve designs and store improvements

8.  Hire, discipline, train & terminate employees

-  provide training base on strength & duties of staff

-  monitor individual’s KPI’s

9.  Review equipment history and pinpoint unusual occurrences
