SALES DIRECTORS (REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY, PHILS.)

SALARY : PHP40-50K PLUS COMMISSIONS

AREAS  : NCR , DAVAO, BUTUAN PHILIPPINES

QUALIFICATIONS :

-must have a solid experience in a real estate industry
– any gender , as long as presentable
– must be aggressive in sales, has proven  good track record in sales, can hit sales
target, has leadership skills, can motivate his team
– must not be over 45 years old
– dedicated to work, high caliber individual, equipped with
different strategies how to build connections
– College level (with exp. in a real estate in the sam ecapacity or its equivalent )
– has connections from Class A and B clients.
– has a clear picture of the activities being done by Property Consultants/
Sales Managers and Sales Director
– willing to work long hours
– willing to work in field
– must be available asap
