-must have a solid experience in a real estate industry

- any gender , as long as presentable

- must be aggressive in sales, has proven  good track record in sales, can hit sales target, has leadership skills-

- must not be over 45 years old, has above aver. people handling skills, can motivate his team

- dedicated to work, high caliber individual, equipped with different strategies how to build connections

- College Level but with experience in real estate in the same capacity or ots equivalent

- has connections from Class A and B clients.

- has a clear picture of the activities being done by Property Consultants/Sales Managers

- willing to work long hours

- willing to work in field

- must be available asap
