SEO Team Leader

Job designation: SEO Team Leader

Job Location: Makati City, Philippines

Responsibilities:
The SEO Team Leader is responsible for managing the company’s Search Engine Marketing programs: PPC/AdWords and SEO. The successful candidate will directly manage and supervise the SEO team.

Other Responsibilities:

* oversees a team of PPC and SEO Specialists;
*  responsible for meeting monthly revenue targets;
* spearheads efforts in improving the performance of our PPC accounts across several key metrics, which include CTR, conversion rates and ROI;
* conceptualizes and implements programs to improve our e-commerce sites’ SERPs;
* acts as liaison or project head between the Web team and SEO team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in paid search marketing and/or search engine optimization particularly in executing creative elements as needed, including a.) e-mail marketing content, b.) ad copy, c.) landing pages, d.) banner creatives and other marketing collaterals
• Expert in keyword research and must be highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Ability to analyze and report program performance, provide results, make recommendations for improvement and implement new programs
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web scripting/mark-up languages in the context of search engine optimization
