Slovak/English, Slovene/English, and Bulgarian/English Customer support

We are searching for a Customer Support to work remotely(home based) for us in any of the following language pairs:

- Slovak/English
- Slovene/English
- Bulgarian/English

The main role is to provide assistance and guidance to players through a typed-chat client in-game customer support and email-based customer support.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good operating system and computer technical skills
Strong motivation and high level of commitment
Autonomy and good time management skills
Broadband internet connection and a good computer (able to run new MMOGs)

Previous customer support experience
Schedule flexibility
