SSS Internet Online Inquiry and SSS Automated Telephone Assistance

Recently, I have posted about the downtimes of the SSS Online Website. I’ve mentioned there that it has been so frustrating for SSS members to visit the site and end up with nothing. Also, I’ve tackled there that if the Social Security System can pay the talent fees of Edu Manzano and his son, why can’t they afford to hire the best IT company to provide online solutions and avoid solid left and right complaints from its users. Sometimes I wonder if the SSS personnel themselves have tried using their system? If yes, perhaps there are some fires in the hole!

Anyway, as I have browsed the SSS website today, its working just fine (wow, perhaps, they did some of their assignments). Anyway, if you failed to check your SSS membership’s details through the SSS Online Inquiry system, try their automated telephone assistance.
