I finished paying my second salary loan last August 10, 2005 and I filed my third salary loan November 2009 but it was disapproved because it stated there that I still have balance amounting to P965.47. I don’t have my voucher anymore for it was washed away by typhoon Ondoy. I know that I completed paying my loan and I wonder why I still have balance in SSS.
