In my opinion, making this functional would give more value to all of us.

    I entered the United State at the the age of 35 on Oct 4th 2004. When i entered Central Ohio Technical college, selective service sent a note or letter to that, either a letter or a number, enabling me to pursuing my career. Now i want to further my course in Sinclair Community college Daton, Ohio. Please send the same to this college since a letter from you is needed for my financial aid.
