Have you ever been treated with disrespect by a hotel staff? Staying in this Sunny View Panganiban st. is a nightmare. This is not about putting the hotel down. This is about sharing an experience encountered by a guest in this SUNNY VIEW HOTEL NAGA CITY. A hotel staff literally argued with a guest. This receptionist, a certain Angela or something (which one doubts if she had really given her real name) gave the guest an ‘attitude’ as a reply when the guest asked re: the company policy on the room key. This girl replied using dreadful gestures, rolling her eyeballs, slamming the phone, using the most disrespectful tone one could ever imagine. No one is expecting a a five star service in this Sunny View Hotel, but at least a civilized staff. On top of it, the manager just looked on as if enjoying the show. The guest coz of annoyance was pushed to check out with out consuming the advanced payment. They seemed happy about it. Is this a MODUS OPERANDI of this hotel to make money? Does the owner know about this?
