TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGER (MAKATI)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees.
Identifying training and development needs of the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
Set up individualized training plans to strengthen an employee’s existing skills or teach new ones.
Periodically evaluate and amend training programs.
Working with a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties of the company.
Will conduct technical and product trainings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must be graduates of business, psychology specializing in training and development, or any related course.
Must have at least 2-3 years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity, preferred industry is FMCG, but the following industries will suffice: real estate, food and beverage, insurance, retail, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and pre-need.
Must have experience in conducting training needs assessment, designing and facilitating sales and product training programs intended for the company’s business partners/network
Must be proficient with training tools such as Power Point, etc.
Must be willing to work in Makati City.
Willingness to travel if needed.
Must be flexible and can work on a grave yard shift.
