resourceful Shoes Designer

LADIES SHOES DESIGNER
Prerequisites:

• Fresh graduates with design certificate may apply
• Must be able to work in our China factory. ( under sample development team )
• Good knowledge of the latest trends in ladies fashion shoes for Europe and Asia market
• Choosing right and appropriate material, Design works, Matching colors
• Strong conceptualizing ability
• Fluent in Adobe In Design and Photoshop ability in Mac environment
• Work closely with development team to produce the shoe
• Work with technical department to check on cutting
• Check with costing department not to over cost
• Every 2 weeks, meeting with the sales team to get customer feedback
• 6 days work week, working hours from 9am to 7pm
• Foreigners are welcome

1.       Is there any other Benefits (example:medical insurance, SL/VL) ?
   Yes.  a. Company will buy one insurance for you
         

2.      What are the terms and conditions if I can’t finish my 1 year contract?
    If you cannot finish your one year contract,
    You will be paying back to company for the insurance fee , air ticket plus document fee+visa fee that company  have previously paid for you.
    
    Remark: you must notice company before 2 month before you would like to terminate your contract,
                  
    if you did not do so  You will be paying back 2 month salary .
    above term and condition must have 2 months notice and get approval for early termination notice

3.      Is the room to be shared by other staff or only me who will occupy the room?
   No,     you will stay alone.

4.      Is the room fully furnished (e.g. bed, matress, pillow, fan/aircon)
    Company would only provide bed, pillow, fan, closet but company wont be providing personal stuff such as bed cover, Pillow casing and blanket.
    Company will also be providing shared facilities , kitchen , living room with tv,radio and Balcony that are available for bbq.
    You are able to take back the item that you bought when you leave.

5.      Can you give me the complete address of the company in China?

6.      Is the 1 year air ticket is a return trip to Philippines?
    You can request your air ticket return to Philippines.
    But It is flexible.

7.      How often I can go back to Philippines?
    You are able to take this extra leave on very year end from 20thdec to 3rd jan
    But that is only available if you serve finish one year.

8.       Is there any overtime pay?
   No.     If you never finish your work you must stay back to finish your work.
    We do not encourage staff overtime but if you did not finish your work you will be request to stay back.

9.      Can I apply for leave?
    Every quarter you can apply unpaid leave for 10 days

10.       Any Sales Commission? ( For sales and design position )
    If you design something, and we reached the sales target from your design, you will get a commission after 6 months.
