Where To Find Buyers For Your Real Estate Investing Deals

To be a successful real estate investor, you must be able to sell your houses fast.   Being able to identify potential buyers for your properties is a must to sell your houses quickly.  Here are a few places where you can find buyers for your houses.

 In real estate investing, you make your cash when you cash as the saying goes.   But obviously you have nothing until you sell your houses.
 The faster you sell your properties, the more profits you make.   The more you hold the house, the more the holding costs and the less the profits.
 It is therefore mandatory that you identify potential buyers fast.  As a wholesale real estate investor, you probably flip your houses to other investors.
1)     Get a buyers list
 This is a must if you need to sell your houses fast.  A buyers list is a list of potential house buyers where you buy and sell houses.

When selling properties to end users, this is a list of people looking to buy houses on retail or terms who meet the criteria of your houses.

When flipping properties as a wholesale real estate investor, this would be a list of real estate investors who are looking for houses to fix up, then sell them for a profit or keep them as rental properties.

 You need to have a real estate investor web site for this.  The web site must have the capability to collect names and emails of potential buyers before they can view property details.

 The real estate investing web site must have integrated squeeze pages that collect their contact information before they can access your houses for sale.

 You then advertise your squeeze page or website.    Once you have properties for sale, you then send them to your buyers list for a quick sale.

2)    Local REI meetings
 These are extremely important to meet other people who buy and sell houses in your market.   Make it a habit of exchanging business cards and always request to add them to your buyers list.

3)     Foreclosure sales
 Most foreclosure sales are attended by hundreds of real estate investors.   Even if you may not be looking to buy these houses, it may be a great opportunity to exchange business cards and future potential buyer contacts.

4)    Newspapers
 Placing an ad in a local newspaper whenever you have properties for sale is likely to get you buyers fast.   Rather than advertising my phone number I give them my website address.   They must give me name and email before they can view property details.

5)    Online sources
 There are may web sites where you can advertise properties you have for sale.  Start with Craigslist.com.   Whenever you run an ad online, the aim is to send them to your real estate investing website where they can view property details and join your buyers list.

6)     Web 2.0 websites
 You can reach hundreds or thousands of reale state investors through Facebook and other similar websites.   Sharing your houses in Twitter, Facebook and so on can get you potential buyers fast.
